Since moving to Kansas City, Loose Park has been my favorite outdoor space to spend time in. From gardens brimming with roses to the turtles and koi swimming in the pond, there's beauty all around.
Pierce County Television
Celebrate Juneteenth
Juneteenth was the first video I produced for PCTV, from scripting to conducting interviews, and creating graphics. It was a joy to see the video play during Pierce County Council's Regular Meeting and see it debut live on air.
It was an honor to commemorate the significance of the holiday and meet the community leaders featured in the video.
35 Year Honorees
This video was part of a series for the Standing Ovation Awards, where employees of Pierce County were recognized for their dedication and service. I edited two videos for the series and helped produce both scripts.
Paulina's Story
The second video I edited for PCTV's Standing Ovation Series is about Paulina, an outstanding employee for the human services department.
Opioid Summit '22
Zoom Conference for Pierce County Opioid Summit. I recorded the live event, made a full page graphic, lower third and name keys, then edited the event for upload.
Aging Wisely
PCTV wanted a new open graphic featuring the different videos and subjects that had been shot for the Aging Wisely series. I designed the graphic open to be readable for older audiences and engaging for everyone as well as made new lower thirds for interviews and information shown on screen.
Student Work
During my time at Bates, I studied the foundations of digital media, focusing on the intersection between aesthetics, storytelling, and technical expertise. My certifications are in photography, videography, editing, graphic design, and animation. Check it all out below
